Pratibha Ind bags Rs 100 cr construction deal

Pratibha Industries on Thursday announced its wholly-owned subsidiary, Pratibha Infrastructure has pocketed a Rs 80.5-crore contract from Asian Healthcare Services to build multi-speciality hospital building at Worli.

MUMBAI: Pratibha Industries on Thursday announced its wholly-owned subsidiary, Pratibha Infrastructure has pocketed a Rs 80.5-crore contract from Asian Healthcare Services to build multi-speciality hospital building at Worli.

The project, to be executed in 18 months, involves "construction of a building consisting of two-level basement, two towers of 18 and 23 stories, encasing steel structure in cement etc," the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The parent company has also secured a Rs 20-crore contract from GMS Construction to build a commercial building at Kalina in Santacruz.

The project involves "construction of a commercial building in structural steel," and has to be completed in nine months, the company said. Shares of the Pratibha Industries were last trading at Rs 204.10, up 2.67 per cent on the BSE.
