Poonawalla Group to construct commercial tower in Pune's Bund Garden at Rs 1,750 crore

Yohan Poonawalla-led Poonawalla Group has announced that it plans to construct a commercial tower in the Pune's Bund Garden area with an estimated value of Rs 1,750 crore.

The company said it plans to complete the project by 2026. "Poonawalla Towers, is one of our many real estate projects in the pipeline. Our vision with this step is not just to build structures but also to shape the country’s future, fit for its stature.
