Piramal Realty inks 1.1 lakh sq ft lease deal with Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail

Piramal Realty, the real estate development arm of Piramal Group, has leased 1.1 lakh sq ft commercial space to Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail’s Pantaloons at Piramal Agastya corporate park in Mumbai’s Kurla locality.

Under this deal, Pantaloons has moved from Andheri to Kurla and over 50% of space is now occupied at the corporate park following this deal, the developer said.

Piramal Agastya, spread over 16 acres, is one of Mumbai’s largest non-IT commercial developments and Piramal Enterprise, Innova8, and Piramal Learning University are some of the key exiting office occupiers.
