MUMBAI: Parsvnath Developers on Tuesday said it will invest Rs 40 crore to develop a mega mall-cum-multiplex in Dehradun.
Parsvnath Developers has launched a mega mall-cum-multiplex, Parsvnath Eleganza, in Dehradun, the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Parsvnath Eleganza is the first mall-cum-multiplex being developed in the city. The mall comes with an added advantage of a 4-screen multiplex within the complex.
The entire complex, construction of which has been started, is expected to be completed and operational within one year, it said.
Scrip of Parsvnath closed at Rs 282.35 at the BSE, up 0.86 per cent from the previous close.
