Parsvnath to develop shopping mall in Rajpura

Realty major Parsvnath Developers on Thursday said it will construct a shopping mall, spread over 10,000 sq mt of land in Rajpura of Punjab, which will have an expected realisation of about Rs 100 crore.

NEW DELHI: Realty major Parsvnath Developers on Thursday said it will construct a shopping mall, spread over 10,000 sq mt of land in Rajpura of Punjab, which will have an expected realisation of about Rs 100 crore.

The commercial complex - Parsvnath Highway Mall - would be developed in phases and the first phase would constitute a total saleable area of approximately 2.3 lakh sq ft.

Asked on the potential of such mall in Rajpura, Parsvnath Chairman Pradeep Jain told PTI, "The mall is strategically located on NH 1 which connects Ludhiana. So it has an immense potential and hence we expect a realisation of Rs 100 crore from the project".

The project would offer commercial space to house large format stores showcasing range of aspirational brands to customers, Jain said.

The mall would be equipped with 100 per cent power backup for its retailers. Adding more on attractions, the complex would have a multi-cuisine food court under a single roof hub.

The commercial complex is a part of "Parsvnath King City", a mega township project consisting of independent plots, villas, group housing, schools and landscaped gardens with total sale of worth Rs 250 crore.

"This shopping mall is an extension of our service towards the residents of Parsvnath King City, entailing passers on the Delhi-Amritsar highway," Jain added.
