Parsvnath bags Rs 90 crore order for ashram at Shirdi

Parsvnath Developers has bagged a contract valued at Rs 90 crore for the construction of Sai Ashram at Shirdi in Maharashtra.

MUMBAI: Parsvnath Developers has bagged a contract valued at Rs 90 crore for the construction of Sai Ashram at Shirdi in Maharashtra. The project will be initiated in January and will be completed in 21 months. The company will construct dormitories, residential and restaurant blocks, security rooms and an open air theatre in the ashram which will be spread over 10 lakh square feet.

"After completion of project the Shirdi Sai trust will hand over the ashram to Shirdi Sai Sansthan for ownership, management and further maintenance," said Pradeep Jain, chairman of Parsvnath Developers. The company is already developing a 3-star hotel at Shirdi spread over 50,000 square feet, which will have 58 rooms. At 12:29 pm, Parsvnath Developers shares were up 8.49 per cent at Rs 574 on BSE.
