NEW DELHI: Real estate developer Omaxe Ltd on Monday announced it has launched a premium residential complex, spread over an area of 36 acres, in Ludhiana.
The complex - Royal Residency - would comprise a spa village, shopping mall, star hotel with office suites, multi- purpose court, climate control swimming pool, gymnasium and a business lounge, the company said in a statement.
"Royal Residency will be a perfect blend of style and luxury showcasing and complementing the comfort living for the royal residents of Ludhiana. Being a synonym to luxury, the complex will also cater to the growing demands of NRIs, who plan to settle or invest in properties in Ludhiana," Omaxe Ltd CMD Rohtas Goel said.
The complex will house apartments and penthouses of variable sizes from 1,800 sq ft to 6,750 sq ft, it added.
