Noida authority targets revenue of Rs 4,505 crore in FY 21-22

Noida authority has reduced its revenue target for the 2021-22 financial year to Rs 4505 crore against Rs 5287 crore in the previous year as Covid19 has impacted the revenue from industrial and residential land.,

The authority was able to collect Rs 3,169 crore in FY 2020-21 against the target of Rs 5,287 crore.

The authority expects Rs 190 crore from industrial schemes, Rs 260 crore from residential scheme, Rs 750 crore from commercial, Rs 200 crore from institutional and Rs 600 crore from group housing schemes.


The authority in its 202’nd board has approved the budget.
