Nirala World to invest Rs 525 crore to develop a mall in Greater Noida

Realty developer Nirala World will invest Rs 525 crore to develop Nirala Diadem, a premium mall in Greater Noida West.

Spanning 2.5 acres of prime land, the company has paid Rs 175 crore for land acquisition and will invest 350 crore for construction.

The mall is just 15-20 minutes from key Noida landmarks like the Yamuna Expressway, Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, and NH-24. It's also a 5-minute walk from a proposed metro station in Greater Noida West.The development will house a multiplex, high-end retail showrooms, and studio apartments.


Designed as a green building-certified mall, Nirala Diadem prioritises sustainability through energy-efficient systems, eco-friendly materials, and smart infrastructure. Completion is slated for Q1 of 2030.

After delivering Nirala Estate a 4,050-unit residential project ahead of schedule, we now plan two more commercial projects here to deliver exceptional experiences for mall and high-street customers in Greater Noida West,” said Suresh Garg, CMD of Nirala World.

Nirala World's residential portfolio includes Nirala Estate, a fully delivered 25-acre residential project in Greater Noida West with 2-4 BHK apartments and a 40,000 sq. ft. clubhouse. Nirala Trio in Sector-2, under construction on 3.4 acres, offers 378 units of 3 BHK and 3 BHK + servant room homes, set for completion by year-end. The Group's commercial asset, Nirala Gateway, spans 2.5 acres with retail, offices, and studios.
