The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has directed the interim resolution professional (IRP) for realty developer Supertech to release salary of employees.

“We direct the salary for the month of December to be released within one week from today, by 17.02.2024 and with regard to salary for January as submitted by IRP the processing may be done and as early as possible the salary for January may also be release,” NCLAT has said in the order.

Over 300 employees of Supertech have been protesting over non payment of salaries.


“We have to pay school fees of our children and EMI of home. Despite repeated request, there was no update on salary, following which we had to move NCLAT,” said an employee
