MyBranch expands Northeast India footprint to 40,000 sq ft across 8 cities

Guwahati: MyBranch, India’s largest coworking network, has strengthened its presence across Northeast India with a 40,000 sq. ft. workspace footprint across eight cities, as businesses increasingly look beyond traditional office markets and adopt more flexible models for regional expansion.

The network spans Guwahati, Shillong, Agartala, Itanagar, Dimapur, Imphal, Aizawl and Gangtok, providing flexible workspace infrastructure for enterprises, regional teams, project offices and professionals seeking ready-to-use workspaces across the region.

The expansion comes amid a broader shift in India’s office market, with companies increasingly looking beyond established gateway cities. CBRE reported a record 82.6 million sq. ft. of office leasing in 2025, with demand expected to extend further into tier-II markets as businesses diversify their footprints. In the Northeast, this is driving demand for smaller regional offices, client-facing spaces and project bases from companies expanding into the region, making flexible workspace an increasingly viable option.


This shift is changing the nature of office requirements, with businesses increasingly opting for ready-to-use, flexible spaces rather than large conventional offices. Such workspaces allow companies to establish regional teams, sales and service functions or project operations quickly, while scaling capacity in line with business needs.
