NEW DELHI: The Company Law Board (CLB) on Friday said it will hear the governments petition to replace the board of Maytas Infrastructure, a listed company run by the family of arrested Satyam founder Ramalinga Raju, on February 26, giving two more days to the company to prepare its case.

The decision was taken on the request made by Maytas Infrastructure. The matter was earlier scheduled for hearing on February 24.

But CLB did not grant an adjournment of the hearing to a similar government petition to replace the board of Maytas Properties. Counsels for both the Maytas companies requested CLB to extend the date of hearing of the governments application filed on February 17.
