Max Estates to ink JDA for 9.76 acre land in Ghaziabad

The proposed transaction shall be subject to satisfactory completion of due diligence, receipt of all requisite approvals and execution of the JDA.

New Delhi: Max Estates Limited to enter into a Joint Development Agreement for a 9.76-acre land parcel in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, with a development potential of 1.5 million sq. ft. and an estimated GDV of Rs 2,500-3,000 crore.

The proposed transaction shall be subject to satisfactory completion of due diligence, receipt of all requisite approvals and execution of the JDA.

The land is located along National Expressway-3 with a buffer green belt, 15 minutes’ drive from Akshardham Temple, and overlooking the green buffer zone of the Hindon River, with superior connectivity from both Delhi and Noida.


Max Estates Limited is the Real Estate arm of Max Group.

Recently, Max Estates entered into a share-purchase agreement to acquire 84.71 acres of land in West Delhi.

The acquisition is structured as a non-cash, share-swap transaction wherein Max Estates will issue up to 7 million equity shares at Rs 597.50 each, or Rs 420.2 crore, to the shareholders of the companies that own the land.

Max Estates currently has a residential pipeline of Rs 16,150 crore of GDV from the ongoing second quarter of this fiscal year.
