Manoj Gaur appointed as CREDAI National’s Vice-President, North India

Gaurs group has developed and delivered more than 65,000 property units since inception and is currently developing another 20,000 units. The group has been awarded 4 tenders by state run NBCC to complete over 11,000 stuck units of Amrapali.

The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) has appointed Manoj Gaur, CMD Gaurs Group as CREDAI National’s Vice-President, North India for the term of 2021-23.

The new office-bearers and chairman of various committees for the FY 2021-23 include Satish Magar, Chairman; Harsh Patodia, President ; Boman Irani, President elect; Pankaj Goel, Secretary and Deepak Goradia, Treasurer, CREDAI National.

Gaurs group has developed and delivered more than 65,000 property units since inception and is currently developing another 20,000 units. The group has been awarded 4 tenders by state run NBCC to complete over 11,000 stuck units of Amrapali.


“At CREDAI, we have been actively working towards the augmentation of Indian realty sector. Under able leaderships we have been able to create trust amongst not just developers but also buyers for the largest body of Indian realty sector,” said Gaur.
