Rajasthan's Manglam Group is investing Rs 350 crore to build a 220-key Sheraton Hotel on the Jaipur-Ajmer Highway, marking their third partnership with Marriott International. This project is part of a larger Rs 1,000 crore hospitality investment ...
It has signed Sheraton Hotel with Marriott International in Jaipur for the project, which will feature 220 keys.
This is group's third collaboration with Marriott International and forms part of Manglam's broader Rs 1,000 crore hospitality investment roadmap.
“We want to carry Jaipur’s culture, craft and warmth to the world, and to place this city firmly on the global map for celebration, leisure and business alike,” said Amrita Gupta, Director of Manglam Group and CEO of Manglam Spa and Resorts.
Located on the Jaipur-Ajmer Highway (NH-48), the hotel is located within one of Jaipur's fastest-growing corridors, connecting the city with key destinations including Ajmer, Pushkar and Kishangarh while offering convenient access to Jaipur International Airport.
The location also benefits from proximity to Mahindra World City SEZ, a major business and industrial hub that continues to drive corporate travel and MICE demand. Combined with the corridor's growing residential and commercial ecosystem, these factors are making Ajmer Road an increasingly attractive destination for premium hospitality development.
"We are pleased to collaborate with Manglam Group on Sheraton Hotel and look forward to bringing together Sheraton's globally recognisedhospitality standards and Manglam's vision for creating exceptional hospitality experiences in Rajasthan,” said David Marriott, Chairman of the Board, Marriott International.
