Managed workspace provider Incuspaze added 6,00,000 sq ft across 8 cities
The company had added 200,000 sq ft in Gurgaon, 290,000 sq ft in Noida while rest of the space has been leased in, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Dehradun, Kerala, Bhubaneswar and Lucknow.

"We have exciting things planned for the next six months and we are in the process of further accelerating our growth domestically,” said Sanjay Chatrath, Managing Partner, Incuspaze.
Incuspaze has been experiencing a massive demand for managed workspaces by large enterprises lately. Organisations are beginning to recognize the value of an intelligent workspace because it encourages new working methods and increases efficiency. As they embrace the office culture, the new generation of entrepreneurs, joined by MNCs and other mid-sized businesses, are reshaping the segment.
Incuspaze is additionally looking at adding half a million square feet by end of this year to their growing real estate portfolio in key cities that are leading demand.
The company also plans to acquire more stand-alone buildings to offer value add facilities like extensive parking areas, creche, recreation area, well-equipped meeting rooms to their global clientele.
