Managed office space provider DevX enters Pune with 20,000-sq-ft center

DevX, Gujarat’s leading managed office space provider, has entered into the Pune market with a 20,000-sq-ft, 250-seater managed office space center in ICC Trade Tower on Senapati Bapat Marg.

DevX is planning to further augment this with an additional space of 1 lakh sq ft in the next one year. The company is planning to expand its presence across the country by October 2022 with 15 centers, 10,000 seats spread over 5 lakh sq ft.

DevX is a co-working space cum accelerator founded in September 2017 by three entrepreneurs Rushit, Umesh, Parth and one listed entity--Dev Information Technology.

Recently, the company started its 700-seater center in Hyderabad, besides its third center in Ahmedabad and a fintech accelerator center in GIFT city, Gandhinagar.
