Mahindra Lifespaces to develop North Bengaluru project with Rs 1,250 crore GDV

MUMBAI: Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, has entered into a joint development agreement for a 10.05-acre land parcel in North Bengaluru, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of Rs 1,250 crore.

The project is expected to provide around 1 million sq ft of saleable area, primarily comprising premium residential apartments.

Located around 8 km from Kempegowda International Airport, the site is situated off the Bengaluru-Hyderabad Highway, with access to technology parks, commercial hubs and social infrastructure.

With this addition, Mahindra Lifespaces now has three projects in North Bengaluru, including two land parcels acquired in 2025. Together, these projects have a combined development potential of over 3 million sq ft of saleable area.

The latest development strengthens the company’s presence in North Bengaluru, a residential micro-market benefiting from infrastructure expansion and connectivity improvements.
