L&T bags orders for residential and commercial projects in 3 cities

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) on Monday has said that its Residential, Commercial Buildings & Factories (RCF) business vertical has secured multiple orders from a prestigious client for construction projects in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad.

The company will construct nine high-rise residential towers in Mumbai, comprising one basement and 50 floors. The Bengaluru project involves nine residential towers, each with three basements and 25 floors.

In Hyderabad, the order is for a premium commercial tower with five basements and 22 floors.


The RCF business has also secured add-on orders for some of its ongoing projects, L&T said.

The company undertakes engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects across residential and commercial buildings, semiconductor facilities and factories, including automobile plants and other complex industrial structures.
