New Delhi: Landmark Group has acquired a 22-acre land parcel on Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram for an integrated development as it plans Rs 15,000 crore expansion in NCR.

The expansion includes 4,000 crore Landmark One, a corporate project in Gurugram, and Rs 11,000 crore mixed-use and residential development at Dwarka Expressway.

The Group strengthens leadership with appointment of real estate industry veteran Pankaj Pal as Managing Director to spearhead its next phase of growth.

“We are entering a defining phase of growth, with a focus on developments that combine scale, quality and long-term value creation. With Landmark One, we intend to establish a new benchmark for corporate office infrastructure in Gurugram, while our proposed Dwarka Expressway development represents our ambition to create an integrated luxury destination of international standards,” said Sandeep Chhillar, Founder & Chairman, Landmark Group.

With 2.1 million sq ft of leasable area, Landmark One is expected to have a total sale value of approximately Rs 4,000 crore. The project entails an estimated construction investment of Rs 1000 crores, in addition to the underlying land, currently valued at approximately Rs 550 crore.

The funds will be used for the first phase of the development, which has an estimated construction cost of Rs 481 crore.
