KSL Realty FY 07 net rises 15 pc

KSL Realty and Infrastructure Ltd (KSL) has clocked a 15.3 per cent increase in its net profit for 2006-07 at Rs 36.80 crore as against Rs 31.92 crore during the previous fiscal.

MUMBAI: KSL Realty and Infrastructure Ltd (KSL) has clocked a 15.3 per cent increase in its net profit for 2006-07 at Rs 36.80 crore as against Rs 31.92 crore during the previous fiscal.

Net sales increased by 48.01 per cent to Rs 516.42 crore as against Rs 348.90 crore in the previous year, a company release said here on Thursday.

In the fourth quarter of FY 07, the company reported an increase of 35.78 per cent in net sales to Rs 137.34 crore as against Rs 101.15 crore in corresponding quarter ended March 31, 2006.
