New Delhi: KREEVA, the real estate arm of Kanodia Group, has recorded Rs 750-800 crore in sales from its ultra-luxury project in South Delhi.

The entire development will have 114 residences and almost 40% of the units offered in phase-1 are sold.

As part of its NCR plans, KREEVA is preparing to launch a multigenerational residential project on Southern Peripheral Road in Gurugram. The proposed development is being conceptualised to accommodate needs, desires and aspirations of across age groups within close proximity while maintaining privacy and independence for each household.

Further strategizing the roadmap, the company has announced its next phase of expansion plan with an investment outlined of Rs 5,000 crore over the next four to five years. The funds would focus on land acquisition, project development and expansion across established luxury residential markets in Delhi-NCR and select tier 2 markets, including Chandigarh and Lucknow.

Projects in these markets will be planned around the growing demand for luxury homes and evolving landscape of buyer preferences.

“The response to Swaranaya gives us confidence in the direction we are moving. People are willing to invest in a better home, but they also expect greater accountability from the developer behind it. As we grow, our responsibility is to understand those expectations and build a business that can meet them consistently. Our expansion into new markets will be selective. We will enter where we see a genuine opportunity to serve buyers well and establish a lasting presence, while keeping our standards and financial discipline intact,” said Gautam Kanodia, Founder, KREEVA and Kanodia Group.

In Chandigarh, Lucknow and other select Tier-2 cities, KREEVA will assess opportunities for luxury residential developments suited to local demand.

The company will focus on locations and housing formats that appeal to buyers seeking larger homes, privacy and lifestyle amenities, rather than follow a uniform model across markets.

“The opportunity in luxury housing lies in understanding where demand is deep enough to support long-term growth. We see potential in Chandigarh, Lucknow and other select Tier-2 markets, where buyers’ aspirations are creating room for a more differentiated residential offering. Buyers are weighing the overall value of a purchase, including location, usable space, amenities and confidence in delivery, rather than looking at specifications alone,” said Ankur Balendu Dwivedi, Head of Sales, KREEVA.
