International property consultant Knight Frank has named Shishir Baijal as Non-Executive Chair of the Asia-Pacific region, effective April 1, 2025. This new role expands his remit to reflect the region's growing business presence and strong growth potential, the company said in a statement.

In addition to his new responsibilities, Baijal will continue as Chairman and Managing Director of Knight Frank India. He will collaborate closely with Craig Shute, recently appointed CEO of Asia-Pacific with effect from April 1, 2025, to drive the region’s strategic initiatives in alignment with the global vision.

Knight Frank’s Asia-Pacific operations span 11,000 people across 300 offices in 15 territories. Globally, the London-headquartered firm operates with over 27,000 employees in more than 740 offices across more than 50 territories.
