Keystone Realtors Jan-Mar pre-sales at Rs 843 crore, up 78% on-year
Keystone Realtors saw significant growth, with pre-sales reaching Rs 843 crore for the quarter and Rs 2,266 crore for the financial year 2023-24. The company also emphasized strong Business Development performance under Boman Irani's leadership.
Collections for the quarter rose to Rs 670 crore taking its financial year performance to Rs 2,203 crore, up 18% from a year ago.
The company added four new projects with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of Rs 2,938 crore to its portfolio during the quarter. With this, the company’s project addition for the financial year rose to nine projects with an estimated GDV of Rs 8,035 crore.
“The fiscal year FY24 has proven to be an eventful period for our company, marked by notable achievements across all key performance metrics including pre-sales, sales, launches, and new project additions… Moreover, our exceptional performance in Business Development further underscores our ability to seize opportunities and drive growth,” said Boman Irani, CMD, Keystone Realtors.
During the quarter, the company completed six buildings with 1.46 million sq ft construction area taking its full year completions to 12 buildings with 4.65 million sq ft space.
The developer launched two new projects with GDV of Rs 735 crore during the quarter, taking its total number of launches to six projects with an estimated GDV of Rs 3,000 crore.
