According to a company statement, the transmission & distribution (T&D) business has secured orders across India and the Americas, which include a 500 kV HVDC transmission line from a reputed private developer in Western India.
These orders also include 132 kV cabling works from a reputed steel producer in Eastern India and supplying towers, hardware and poles in the Americas.
The renewables business has secured an order for a 100+ MW Wind project in Southern India from a renowned private developer.
The transportation business has secured two orders in the technologically enabled automatic block signalling (ABS) segment in Southern India.
The cables and conductors business has secured various orders in India and the overseas market.
KEC International Ltd, a global infrastructure EPC major, has secured new orders of Rs 1,002 crore across various businesses.
Vimal Kejriwal, MD and CEO, KEC International, said, "The prestigious HVDC order has further strengthened our India T&D order book, especially in the HVDC space. Our renewables business has expanded its presence in the Wind Energy segment with a repeat order from an existing customer. The transportation business has reinforced its position in the technology-enabled ABS segment with these orders".
