Shoden Developers, a group company of House of Hiranandani, will be acquiring the land parcel and the sale is subject to completion of procedures and approvals as may be necessary in this regard.
On Monday, shares of Kansai Nerolac Paints closed at Rs 408.65, up 0.3% over Friday’s close.
