MUMBAI: Ahmedabad-based JMC Projects India Ltd on Tuesday said it will issue 46 lakh equity shares on a rights basis in the ratio of 2:5.
JMC Projects informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it decided to issue 46,46,550 shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 90 per share (price of Rs 100) at a meeting held on Tuesday.
The company said that under the rights issue, two shares would be issued for every five shares held.
