IVRCL Infra bags Rs 838-cr order from ONGC

The company has bagged the order from a subsidiary of ONGC -- ONGC Petro Additions Ltd -- the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

MUMBAI: IVRCL Infrastructures & Projects Limited (IVRCL) today said it has bagged a contract worth Rs 837.6 crore from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation for its Dahej Petrochemical Complex.

The company has bagged the order from a subsidiary of ONGC -- ONGC Petro Additions Ltd -- the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

UK-based Foster Wheeler is the consultant of the project, which is scheduled to be completed in 21 months.
The projects mark an entry into oil and gas sector services for IVRCL. The company is already executing high-end effluent treatment plants, including manufacturing of core equipment for the refineries, that are under construction in the country.

Shares of the company were trading at Rs 412.40, down 0.55 per cent on BSE in afternoon trade.
