Integrow to invest Rs 225 cr in multiple projects of Pranami Group

Property investment platform Integrow has entered into an agreement to invest around Rs 225 crore in realty developer Pranami Group’s multiple residential and commercial projects.

Integrow will be investing in projects including recently acquired developments in Andheri and Ghatkopar suburb of Mumbai. The realty developer has a portfolio spread over 5 million sq ft, including a mall in Ranchi.

ET had reported in May that Integrow Asset Management is planning to raise over Rs 1,500 crore through a commercial real estate fund helping it build an investment portfolio worth over Rs 4,000 crore including the leverage potential.
