The workspace will be housed at IndiQube Orchid and is spread across multiple floors. The deal is valued at about Rs 54 crore over a tenure of five years.
According to the company, the facility is configured to accommodate a mix of functions including labs, server rooms, meeting areas, training zones and individual workstations within a single premises.
IndiQube said GCC clients account for about 40% of its portfolio, reflecting increased demand from multinational firms setting up or expanding offshore centres in India. These centres are being used for functions such as technology development, operations and support services.
The Pune transaction comes amid continued expansion of GCCs across cities such as Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Pune, where companies are opting for managed workspaces to scale operations without long-term ownership commitments.
Demand for such spaces is being driven by the need for faster deployment, flexibility in scaling teams, and integration of specialised infrastructure within office environments, experts said.
