The addition comes at a time when the Noida Expressway corridor is emerging as one of North India’s most promising office markets with the opening of Noida international airport.
“North India is central to our next phase of growth. While Bengaluru and the southern markets have been the bedrock of our platform, the demand patterns we see in the NCR today are very promising. Delhi-NCR recorded its highest-ever quarterly take-up of flexible office space in Q2 2026 (April-June), with flex operators accounting for 45% of the region’s total leasing of approximately 3.6 million square feet (msf), according to CBRE.
Located on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, the 14-floor development gives company access to large talent catchments across Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi, and Ghaziabad.

Flexible space operators were the leading occupier segment in India’s office sector with a share of 27%. Flex, technology and BFSI firms together drove nearly 63% of Q2 2026 leasing and 58% of H1 2026 leasing in the country.
India’s office market recorded its highest-ever quarterly absorption of 24.6 msf in Q2 2026, up 18% Q-o-Q and 14% Y-o-Y, alongside record supply of 21.0 msf, up 91% Q-o-Q.
