HSIIDC offers plots Mega Food Park

Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructural Development Corporation ( HSIIDC) has invited online applications for allotment of industrial plots on leasehold basis for setting up food processing industry in Mega Food Park, Barhi. The last date to file online application is October 17, 2017.

A spokesman of HSIIDC said that 52 plots in various sizes would be allotted including eight of 4300 square meter, one each of 3500 and 1350 square meter, 27 of 1800 square meter, five of 1012.5 square meter and 12 of 450 square meter.

He said that allotment of these plots would be made under leasehold basis as per Mega Food Park Scheme of Ministry of Food Processing Industries and procedures in EMP 2015, as amended from time to time.

Leasehold would be for 33 years with an option for conversion from leasehold to free hold after 10 years on payment of nominal charges. He said that if any applicant desires any particular plot, he or she could indicate the same in application. These units would be eligible for grant under Pradhan Mantri Kisan SAMPADA Yojana and concessional rates credit of NABARD
