HK's TEC leases space for ₹100cr

The Executive Centre (TEC), a Hong Kong-based flexible workspace provider, has invested ₹100 crore in H1 of 2023 to lease around 200,000 sq ft space across eight centres, said Nidhi Marwah, group MD, South Asia and Middle East. The company intends to grow at a similar pace in the second half, though getting quality space remains a challenge, she told ET.

According to CBRE, 56% of office space occupiers plan to allocate 10% of office portfolio to flexible spaces by 2025.
