New Delhi: Elevate Homes, the residential development platform of global investment and development firm Hines and Conscient Infrastructure, has signed an agreement to develop another 2 million sq ft in Gurugram.

This is Elevate Homes’ third residential project, following two ongoing developments in Gurugram and Delhi, taking the gross development value of the platform to Rs 17,000 crore.

Earlier, Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings Limited (TIHL, an Adventz company), Hines, Conscient and HDFC Capital entered into a partnership to develop around 3 million sq ft in the heart of Delhi.

The project cost is expected to be around Rs 4,000 crore, with a revenue potential of around Rs 9,000 crore.

“The project, spread across 10.5 acres, will offer over 600 expansive three- and four-bedroom residences across two phases, with a strong emphasis on liveability, wellness and sustainability,” said Sudhanshu Dutt, CEO, Elevate Homes.

Sector 63A, along Golf Course Extension Road, has emerged as one of Gurugram’s most sought-after premium residential micro-markets, supported by expanding infrastructure, improving connectivity, established social infrastructure and sustained end-user demand.
