Hero Realty enters into a joint development agreement for a project in Gurugram

Hero Realty has signed a joint development agreement with Saheb Enterprise for construction of housing and commercial complexes on an 8-acre land parcel in Gurugram’s 104 Sector, along the Dwarka Expressway.

The new land will have multiple projects including residential high-rise and commercial complexes. Hero Realty Pvt Ltd (HRPL) promoted by Sunil Kant Munjal’s Hero Enterprise, plans to develop approximately 2 million square feet with revenue potential of Rs 2000 crore.

“JVJD model is going to drive our expansion primarily in and around Delhi NCR region. This project will further strengthen our continued sales growth in the current financial year and set the foundation for a significant increase in our market share and the top line,” said Dharmesh Shah, CEO, Hero Realty Pvt. Ltd.


Hero Realty has recently received the coveted CARE A+; Stable rating by CARE. “We believe this venture will offer best in category real estate to consumers in the Delhi NCR region,” said Lavanya Singh Dinodia, promoter of Saheb Enterprise.

Hero Realty has delivered projects in Ludhiana, Mohali and Haridwar.

It has completed 3.25 million square feet of construction and another 2.76 million square feet is under various stages of construction.
