Gulshan group to invest Rs 150 crore in upcoming commercial and residential projects

Realty developer Gulshan group will invest Rs 150 crore in acquiring land for two upcoming residential and commercial projects, Deepak Kapoor, Director, Gulshan Group told ET.

The company, which is executing its first commercial project, said that it will do one commercial project at a time, and will build a portfolio of rental yielding asset.

Being developed with approximately Rs 258 crore, the total area in the commercial project is 4.75 lakh sq ft and it will be ready for delivery in July 2021.


“We aim to deliver five million square feet of space by 2023, which includes 9.5 lakh square feet of luxury housing and 4.75 lakh square feet of commercial space,” said Yukti Nagpal, Director, Gulshan Group.
