Godrej Properties says sold apartments worth Rs 575-crore in Noida project II phase launch

Including this sale, the Godrej Group’s real estate development company’s total sales at the project Evergreen in Noida sector 43 has touched around Rs 1,140 crore in the last 6 months.

Mumbai-based realty developers Godrej Properties has announced clocking sales of Rs 575 crore in a single day at the launch of the second phase of its project Godrej Woods in Noida.

With this, the Godrej Group’s real estate development company’s total sales at the project Evergreen in Noida sector 43 has touched around Rs 1,140 crore in the last 6 months.

The developer said it has sold 340 homes with an area of over half a million square feet on the first day of launch.


“Noida is an important city for our company and we hope to build on this momentum in the years ahead. We will do everything possible to ensure we deliver an outstanding project for all our customers at Godrej Woods,” said Mohit Malhotra, MD & CEO, Godrej Properties.

Godrej Properties entered the National Capital Region (NCR) market in 2010 and has until now added 17 projects across 5 cities and has delivered 6 projects.
