Godrej Properties enters NCR with project in Gurgaon

MUMBAI: Godrej Properties, the Godrej Group's real estate arm, has announced its first residential project in NCR.

Godrej Properties Ltd, along with Frontier Home Developers, will develop approximately 1.05-million square feet on nine acres of land in Gurgaon.

"With this project in National Capital Region (NCR), we are now present in 11 cities across India. The project continues our focus on adding quality joint venture residential projects to our portfolio of developments in India's leading real estate markets," GPL's Executive Director Pirojsha Godrej, said in a statement here on Wednesday.

The project, a residential development with apartments and penthouses of varying configurations, enjoys extensive green and open areas and has the added advantage of facing a 36-meter wide green belt.

Strategically located within NCR's growth corridor and near NH-8, the project is close to the industrial township of Manesar.

The project, located 20-kilometres from the Indira Gandhi International Airport, is connected with Delhi and its satellite towns through NH-8 and is at walking distance from the proposed Metro station.
