Genpact leases 400,000 sq ft of office space at ASF Insignia, Gurugram

New Delhi: Information Technology Giant Genpact has leased 400,000 sq ft of office space at ASF Insignia, Gurugram, in the biggest deal in NCR of the current quarter.

The transaction will see Genpact occupy the entire tower at Kings Canyon, one of the within ASF Insignia, an integrated commercial IT office campus spread over 50 acres in Gurgaon.

“The transaction highlights the growing demand from large enterprises for Grade A, scalable and integrated office environments that combine workplace quality with operational efficiency,” said Aanchal Saraf Aggarwal, Director, ASF Group.


The transaction also reflects the continued evolution of Gurugram's office market, with large enterprises increasingly seeking workplaces that can combine scale, flexibility, employee experience and long-term operational efficiency within a single campus.

Recently, Mumbai-based Alpha Alternatives committed to invest Rs 1,250 crore in ASF Insignia.

ASF Insignia is an office campus by ASF group, of which about 2.3 million sq ft is operational and another 2 million sq ft is under construction.

The company has 20-acre land within the campus and more near the campus for future development.

Earlier, Smartworks had leased approximately 450,000 sq ft space in ASF Campus.

ASF has already delivered over five million sq ft of workspaces. The campus offers bonded SEZ space, de-bonded SEZ space and commercial IT park facilities within a single integrated development.
