NEW DELHI: Ghaziabad Development Authority is looking for a private company to develop a modern and well equipped club comprising swimming pool, gaming courts and restaurants in the posh Kavi Nagar area of the city.
The centrally airconditioned complex would be developed on built, operate and transfer (BOT) basis, the GDA said while inviting Expression of Interest (EoI) from private developers.
The proposed club would have gym, spa and guest rooms accompanied by reading rooms and coffee shop, it said.
It would also have other modern facilities and 100 per cent power back-up would be managed by the GDA, it added.
In addition to being a recreation and leisure destination, the club would also be used to host large parties, the GDA said.
The land for development of club would be allotted to the developers on a lease of 30 years which can further be increased upto 90 years, it added.
The interested companies can submit technical proposal to the GDA by February 15, it said.
