Gaurs Group sells 1,088 flats for Rs 1,800 cr in new housing project in NCR

New Delhi: Realty firm Gaurs Group on Monday said it has sold 1,088 apartments for Rs 1,800 crore in its new housing project on Yamuna Expressway.

In a statement, the company said it has sold all units in its 12-acre project 'Gaur Alaris' in Sector 22D, Yamuna Expressway, which connects Noida and Greater Noida to Agra.

The project was launched in early August. The company sold all units for Rs 1,800 crore.
