Gaurs group buys 35-acre land on the Yamuna Expressway for Rs 700 crore

NCR-based real estate developer Gaurs group has acquired around 35-acre land on the Yamuna Expressway near the recently opened Noida airport for around Rs 700 crore.

The company has acquired the land through an auction by a private bank. The bank was auctioning three land parcels - 24-acre, 8-acre and 2.5 acre and the group has acquired them to develop luxury residential projects.

“We will continue to expand in Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad and will launch atleast four projects in the current financial year. Yamuna expressway is our focus area as we have already delivered a township there and have launched two group housing projects. The current acquisition will expand our portfolio in the region,” said Manoj Gaur, CMD, Gaurs Group.

Located near the Noida International Airport (Jewar Airport), the 11.8-acre development will comprise approximately 1,088 apartments.

Gaur Alaris adds to Gaurs Group's premium residential portfolio, which includes The Islands by Gaurs at Jaypee Greens, Legacy by Gaurs and Trecento Residences by Gaurs at Pari Chowk, Greater Noida, Gaur NYC Residences in Wave City, and Gaur Chrysalis on the Yamuna Expressway.

Gaurs Group has also entered in a partnership with Seaform Germany, a European manufacturer of premium modular kitchens and wardrobe solutions. Valued at Rs 150 crore, the expanded association will extend Seaform’s solutions across Gaurs Group’s under-development and forthcoming residential projects, covering more than 10,000 premium kitchens in a period of 5 years.

The partnership will cover kitchens across the group’s current portfolio of projects - The Island by Gaurs, Legacy by Gaurs, Gaur NYC Residences, Gaur Chrysalis and Gaur Alaris, as well as forthcoming projects in Crossing Republik, Sector 129 and Sector 150.

Earlier, the Group has entered into tie-ups with TOTO and GROHE for premium bathroom solutions, K-NEST for shuttering solutions, and Elematic, the Finland-based global provider of precast concrete technology, for precast solutions for kitchens.

The Group has developed over 100 million sq. ft., delivered more than 75,000 homes across 75projects, including three integrated townships.

The group has reported gross sales of Rs 5,347 crore during April–December 2025, registering an increase of Rs 561 crore over the Rs 4,786 crore recorded during the same period last fiscal.

During the nine-month period, the group recorded the sale of approximately 5.92 million square feet of area across 2,578 units. Residential properties accounted for nearly 95% of total bookings, underlining the sustained demand for quality housing across NCR’s premium and luxury segments.
