MUMBAI: Era Infra Engineering on Monday said it has bagged an order worth Rs 20 crore related to construction works at the Common Wealth Games village.
The company has secured an order for supply of ready mix concrete for the Common Wealth Games village, it informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Further, Era Landmarks (India) and Era Building Systems have ceased to be the subsidiaries of Era Infra Engineering, the filing added.
Also, Era Infrastructure (India) Ltd has become a wholly- owned subsidiary of Era Infra Engineering.
Shares of Era Infra closed at Rs 593.90, down 0.42 per cent on the BSE.
