Aakash Ohri, managing director and chief business officer, DLF, said in an analyst call for Q1FY27 that the company sold about 34 units in the last quarter. "We are almost about 65% sold. The price realisation is now over ₹1 lakh a square foot, and on higher floors about touching ₹120,000 a square foot (on super area). The entry level of the project is ₹100 crore plus, and almost over 25-30% of our business now is coming from the rest of India and outside, which is NRI," Ohri had told investors.
The company has maintained that the top 10 wealthy families from tier-2 cities are keen on buying apartments here. Earlier, DLF had sold a residential flat in the project to Madhusudan Murlidhar Kela, an Indian businessman and investor, for ₹120.7 crore.
