CHENNAI: Engineer Estates (Madras) Private Limited, a Chennai based realty development company, announced the launch of their affordable luxury villa project called 'Park City.'
"We are promoting Park City as an affordable gated community project with 115 attractively priced villas. Park City is designed to be a weekend home and will usher in a new way to beat the city stress," Balasubramanian, Director-Engineers Estates (Madras) Private Limited said.
With the enthusiastic response to the launch, the company proposed to go in for more such gated community projects at the company's existing land bank, he added.
