Embassy Industrial Park announces phase II of Bilaspur Warehousing Project with an investment of Rs 300 crore
Spread across 40 acres of land, the total covered area of the project is estimated to be approximately 1 million sq ft. This project is an expansion of the existing 25-acre industrial park of Embassy Group at Bilaspur.

JLL expects additional demand for quality warehousing space which has driven recent activities in the e-commerce, FMCG and pharma sectors. Delhi NCR, followed by Mumbai and Bengaluru, remained the top three cities in terms of warehousing space absorption in 2019 accounting for more than 20 mn sq. ft. of absorption.
