The company had acquired the 85-acre land parcel through the Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board (KIADB) allotment process under a lease-cum-sale agreement in 2023.
The first phase of the development comprises two RERA-approved residential projects with a combined gross development value (GDV) of around Rs 4,500 crore.

The first project will comprise 217 villas, including 4, 4.5- and 5-bedroom homes, spread across around 1.1 million sq ft of saleable area, while the second one will have 855 apartments ranging from studios to 3.5-bedroom apartments, with around 1.5 million sq ft of saleable area.
Together, the two projects will offer more than 2.6 million sq ft of saleable residential space. Embassy has started construction on the project located north of Yelahanka, with the first phase expected to be completed in five years.
