DS Constructions to build parking lot in Connaught Place
The parking lot would be constructed at Kasturba Gandhi Marg, near Connaught Place, over an area of 6,200 sq metres with a capacity of 1,500-1,600 cars.

NEW DELHI: Realty major DS Constructions has bagged an automated, multi-storey car parking project from New Delhi Muncipal Council, the company said in a release.
The parking lot would be constructed at Kasturba Gandhi Marg, near Connaught Place, over an area of 6,200 sq metres with a capacity of 1,500-1,600 cars, the release said today.
The contract will be on BOT (build, own & transfer) basis and the concession period for the project is 30 years, it said.
"We are evaluating the opportunities in this sector and are keen to develop and invest in more such parking projects in the country," DS Constructions Managing Director M S Narula said.
He said the company is confident of completing the project before the Commonwealth Games.
