Kolkata Tech Park 1 is one of the largest IT Park in eastern India with gross leasable area of approximately 1.49 million sq ft.
“This transaction strengthens our contribution to Bengal's tech ecosystem, and we will benefit immensely from DLF’s learnings, systems & processes,” said Sidharth Pansari, Managing Director of Primarc Group & President CREDAI Bengal.
DLF is expected to double its rental income in FY26 with company accelerating capex commitments to fuel growth of rental portfolio.
Majority of the company’s rental asset is part of DLF Cyber City Developers Limited (DCCDL), a joint venture between DLF and GIC, a sovereign wealth fund from Singapore.
