“About two years back, we had done a transaction through acquisition of bonds of 28.5 acres of land from Ireo. There was a 7.06 acre parcel, which had some encumbrances needed to be removed. Those were done this quarter, and the complete payment of that was made. We also entered into a collaboration for a fresh 7.48 acres of land, which is contiguous to these 28 acres. So, eventually, it will be a 36-acre land parcel contiguous in sector 61 that we'll have. Some small payment was also made for that,” DLF Managing Director Ashok Kumar Tyagi said during the Q2FY27 analyst call.
